Marathon/Subway at Exit 215, St. Clairsville, Ohio

• Combination C-store, gas station and Subway for a repeat client
• Handled all design, permitting and construction for this project.

All State Insurance Office – Wheeling, WV

• Designed and constructed for a private insurance company in Wheeling, WV

Ohio Heat Transfer – St. Clairsville, OH

• Assisted the owner in site selection
• Visited the owner’s existing facility and listened to his needs and then designed a custom manufacturing facility for this individual user
• All design, permitting and construction

Car Wash – Follansbee, WV

• Custom designed a car wash with an adjacent retail facility
• All permitting and construction
• Provided the coordination with the car wash vendor/subcontractor’s installation

Shirts -n- More – Wheeling, WV

• Assisted with the design, permitting and zoning compliance issues
• Constructed the warehouse/manufacturing space

Our Lady of Lebanon Church Social Hall – Wheeling, WV

• Assisted the church committee with the design and construction of a social hall attached to a historically significant church

Belmont County Agricultural Buildings – St. Clairsville, OH

• Designed and constructed five new agricultural buildings for the new Belmont County Fairgrounds
